History

The Broward Women’s Alliance Scholarship was created in 1997 to benefit women who need support to advance their professional goals through achieving a higher education degree.  Over the years, that purpose has not changed., but the status of the BWA has.  In 2019, we became a non-profit foundation.

Broward Women’s Alliance Foundation

The Broward Women's Alliance Foundation, Inc is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit in the State of Florida.

The scholarships provided by Broward Women’s Alliance Foundation would not be possible without your donations. By contributing, individuals, and businesses help to expand the level of awards and positively benefit women who need support to advance their goal of achieving a higher education degree. For more information on how to support the Foundation, please visit https://browardwomensalliance.org/Scholarship-Fund
