Brenda Moxley, FBI Executive-Retired & President & CEO of MoXenial Consulting will be speaking on breaking barriers, and the challenges and rewards of leadership. She will provide insight on what it was like to be a woman working in the male-dominated FBI for many years and how her experiences have shaped her. She will also provide us with some best practices we can implement in our daily lives to help keep us safe.

In her 26 years with the FBI, Ms. Moxley did it all - undercover work, hostage negotiations, murder investigations and counter-terrorism. Over the course of her career, Ms. Moxley received many awards for her outstanding service, including multiple federal law enforcement officer awards for investigative excellence. She is also the recipient of the Department of the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service for Meritorious Achievement with respect to her work on an investigation involving national security, and the United States Attorney’s Office honored Ms. Moxley with an award given to top ranking women in federal law enforcement.

After 26 years of sworn law enforcement service, Ms. Moxley retired from the ranks of the FBI at the executive level and founded MoXenial Consulting, a comprehensive global security consulting firm, specializing in trial consulting, key note speaking, legal support services and providing critical business risk vulnerability assessments and awareness training. She also currently serves as the Director of Community Security with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, where she provides guidance to over 160 Jewish institutions with a focus on critical infrastructure protection, preparedness and crisis management. Ms. Moxley was hired by the Greater Miami Jewish Federation in response to the recent increase in hate crimes.

Please join us to hear about Ms. Moxley's fascinating experiences and ask that burning question you've always wanted to ask!
